It's not much but I tok a lighter all around the door and the flame went nuts around the top left. It didn't go out. Can I just pull the roe gasket out a little bit or is there something else I should do?

The gaskets become compressed and need to be replaced over time. You should probably replace it at the end of the season, which is coming up very soon. I perform the same test on my gaskets, and they tend to last anywhere from one to three years before needing replacement.
