So after my little hissy fit the other day, where I claimed to have a Smokifier instead of a Gasifier, Ive calmed down and followed the direction given here.
I am careful not disturb the good red hot bed of coals over the nozzles when reloading. Or at least when I rake out the charcoal and coals I make sure I get a good covering over the nozzles.
Presto Magic, no smoke after reloading. Well when I say no smoke I mean very, very little to almost none. Even after I shuts down for a while and cycles back up there is nothing.
What I was doing wrong was really mixing up the bed of coals by raking through them and moving them around, trying to open up the nozzles and then putting a split on top of the nozzles and surrounding it with the coals.
There still is a little pure white smoke (steam) that comes out in the beginning after reloading but that is obviously my unseasoned fuel.
I really want to thank everyone here for all their patience, understanding, encouragement, advice, experience and support.
