previous owner installed a gas line and fake logs..i hated it and it just waisted money

That looks great, how is the heat output on that?.....

i picked up a ton of golden fire pellets made by bear mtn,..should i consider these premium pellets and put the stove on that setting?..or are these pellets not considerd premiums?..

Hi! ;-) you love your stove and mine is driving me nuts! We bought the same stove 1 month ago and cannot get it to heat consistently... Did you install the air intake? We have not. Our setting is on hi/lo stove is on 5 and it's barely 70 in the room the stove is in. Other times at the same setting it's 85!

This stove rocks as I've said before. Throw anything in it and it will run forever. It will heat my whole first floor living area with ease on setting 3. Anymore then that and it will bake you out of the house.

Our home is 2300 square feet and it won't heat the 1st floor! :-( Are you using the wireless remote with yours? We tried. It was suggested we turn it on but not set a temp. Still no luck.
I do not know if he used a gauge to set the pressure. It's hard to really get a straight answer from them. Do you have an air intake?

my home is roughly the same size. I have no air intake installed (OAK). I was using a skytech 5301p, just changed to a Venstar touchscreen.
I would try putting the stove in manual mode and you turn it on and set it to some setting and see if it heats the way its supposed to.
I've seen issues with thermostats or bad connections cause this problem.

Thank you! We will try this tonight! I will let you know tomorrow if it works. ;-)
