Hi, My auger stopped turning. I have cleaned it out and it is not jammed. It works fine when I press the manual feed. I have jumped the vacuum switch and still won't turn. I checked the temp sensor and that seems fine. I need help please. It worked up until I tried to put it in the Hi/Lo thermostat setting.

You might have accidentally changed your mode while trying to put the stove in hi/low....it should be in mode #2.........
