30NC ceramic fiber board question

I need help! I have an Englander 30NC wood burner. My ceramic fiber boards are bad and I need new ones. I have seen on previous posts some one on eBay has them (u will have to cut to size). Does anyone know which one I should get and also since mine are destroyed does anyone know the size I should cut them at? I would appreciate some help thanks ! I have poor draft and back puffing and I think installing new ones will help a little bit right?

As a temporary measure one poster mentioned experience using a chunk of durock. Better than nothing.
