Bk apex looks like it would handle a shop for sure. I'm hate to have run all the forced air ducting all over the shop.

It says its a convection heater ? I cant find out much about them, like how clean they burn or how efficient they are.

Woodstock PH puts out that much heat on a full load and doesn't need any ducting. Heats up quickly...see Waulie's post today.
