is there any reason you can't put the ciculator on the output of the boiler? I know they are usually on the return. just wondering

Plenty are mounted on supply.I redid my oil fired boiler like that to remedy noise issues. Remember to "pump away".
Meaning to pump away from "point of no pressure change"
