I have some stubborn carbon build up on my mt vernon burn pot from when i was having auger/ burning issues. I have tried to chip it with a screwdriver but i still cant get it clean. I do have a dremel i was thinking of trying. Im not sure what type of attatchment i should get. Just looking for ideas. Thanks.

A wire wheel on the dremel or cordless drill.

I use the dremel with a grinding wheel on mine.

That's what I'd use....with the appropriate safety glasses, of course.

Good deal. Do i need to worry about damaging the burn pot? I think it is cast and should be fine.
