Where are you guys buying them ? I spoke to a dealer that a member hooked me up with was real cheap 139.00 compared to 250 from other dealers but she hasnt called me back in 2 days to get the order in

I would love to take this out to inspect/clean it see if that helps but i would need a replacement gasket correct ? Cant use anything else ? say from auto parts store?

If you can match the thickness and cut the gasket material somewhat accurately you can use sheet lytherm woodheatstoves sells it by the square foot, there are other sources.
