I don't see SATA. Its a Seagate, barracuda 7200.12 250 GB. PN 9SL131-302
I saw these adapters in radio shack the other day, take your HD in and match it IP. Best buy also.

On the right hand photo, IDE cable is on the right, SATA is on the left.
 
That is a SATA drive.
 
SATA is the kind of hook up/cabling it has. It will either be SATA, or IDE. Should say one or the other on the drive. If it uses a wide ribbon cable, likely IDE.

EDIT: Oops, already answered. I should have looked at all the posts before I posted that.
