During the last cleaning of the burn pot, I noticed some cracks between the combustion air holes over top of the igniter. I emailed SBI with pictures and particulars, two days later I received a new one in the mail.

Nice, good to hear about good customer support

I have been running a Drolet Eco 65 for a little over a year and I'm on my second burn pot. The first one looked a lot worse than that and was warped down in an oval shape around the ignitor with cracks between the larger air holes as well. Actually my second burn pot looks worse than this. I hope they change the design or material.
