Just opened my first bag of these and they smell good. Also noticed a lot of really long pellets in there. Hardly any dust( when i say hardly i mean small trace) which was surprising. Hope they burn hot.

Ditto, want to see the length. Put a ruler on if possible. Then burn a bag or too. Looking to try them once we see the quality.

I really like how there was no fines in the bag. Compared to crap New England I just burned. The glass has lighter film on it. The pellets are very smooth.

So far so good with these dry creeks. Burned a few bags. Good heat and glass is pretty clean. Definately recommend.

Is it just a few scattered long pellets, or a lot? 1%, 5%, etc....

My M55 is chewing the up tho. Another thing I noticed to was the flame seems cleaner. Very white and consistent. I mean I comparing them to the New England I just burned.

I just burned a bag (and opened a 2nd) of the regular Dry Creek "Premium choice hardwood" pellets. Most of the longer ones were about an inch. Sifting my fingers thru the 2nd bag I found about a half dozen that were just under 1.5" and one that was 1 7/8".

Maybe they still have some kinks to work out with their new Super Premium process/equipment?
