Agreed. The 13NC would be my choice. The 30NC is too much stove for a small space. If you have good wood you should be ok with the 13 NC. If not, put your money into better insulation and caulking to reduce heat losses.
 
Another vote for the 13 or a similar size stove unless you have an extremely drafty uninsulated house. Get the blower
as a back-up insurance.
