Hey all,

Just wanted to share with the group how important it is to use properly seasoned wood. I recently started using 2 year old Black Locust and the difference is pretty sizable. I loaded the 30 and about 45 minute later the stove top temps were hovering at 700 and stayed there for a good hour and a half then settled at around 550, woke up the next morning and the stove had a nice bed of coals for the reload and stove top temps were at around 375.
