Finally got my Osburn 2400 insert installed!! - Thank you everyone!!!

Look on the bright side, SBI has stepped up and given you direct customer support. The same cannot be said for most other stove manufacturers. Good luck with you door.

I am, very happy with the support I have received this far.

I had to buy a new door gasket and even with the new gasket I cant see flame flicker but the dollar bill slips out VERY EASY, now along the top and side where the handle is I cant pull the bill out at all, Id rip it first. I hope we get an answer - resolution. SBI bert has been awsome to work with Im sure we will hear from him soon.

That is not good. Did you have to buy the door or was it covered under warranty? I emailed SBI this morning because they wanted an update after I tried to tighten up the door.
I'll let you all know what I hear.
