Flashing orange light.

I just replaced the thermal coupling on my pellet stove and now it is flashing an orange light. Does anyone have an idea why its doing this with the new part

Yes the combustion fan does come one

AN AMBER LIGHT IN THE CONTROL WILL FLASH IF THE CIRCUIT IS OPEN OR IF THE THERMOCOUPLE IS

FRACTURED.
