Guess I'll wait for the recall, or wreck whichever comes first.

My 2000 Dakota came with Goodyear tires & they were junk. Been
running BF Goodrich ever since without issues...
YMMV...

I've rarely gotten good wear off of any OE tire on a car.

Currently I have a set of Toyos on my truck which I've been happy with and Michelins on our Van and my car. The Honda Van has Hydro Edge tires in the Spring/Summer/Fall and Michelin X-Ice2 in the winter.

My Corolla has Michelin X-Radials and is on the 4th Set (180k Miles on the car).

I've had mostly Toyo and Michelin tires in the past and found both brands to be reliable with manufacturers who stand behind their product.

Nowadays I use Costco as my tire supplier and installer.

Maybe I can find a used set. :)
