Where can you gut parts for a harman? I found an invincible on craigslist for $300 needs an exhaust motor.

any local Harman dealer can get them for you....and there are a few online resources as well....basically dealers who ship parts.......VERY easy part to get......and $300 for one of those is a good deal.....a simple stove that works for quite some time...a tank!
