    I have 4 places to hook into to hold the stovetop,only 2 in opposite corners have eye bolts hooked into them.Is this normal?

    Ya got me - someone is going to have to check once their stove cools I guess unless you call Woodstock or someone has a much better visual memory (or has done a rebuild).

    funny you brought this up cause i was always wondering that about my fireview that i bought used. mine only has two in opposite corners also so all is fine

    Yes there are only two eye bolts . Looked at mine before I had the first fire.

    There is/was a pic of this somewhere(maybe in the glossy bruchure.)
    I thought it was in the Building a Fireview set, but no. Did they redo this? I don't remember the sequence having so many shots. . .

    Well, sure, you could take the simple approach, but what fun is that? :p

    I was just trying to find a visual aid for anyone curious and not fortunate enough to have a WS on hand to ogle whenever they feel like it. I know I've seen a pic of this somewhere. . .

    Ya i really can't see it taking 4 of these big bolts unless it was needed to hold everything level but it must be rugged enough so that it doesn't need it.I thank ye all for the info.Now see how much smarter we are today.;)
