Shut up! That thing was that close to you and stayed there!
The dog was probably behind him..Deer was scared LOL!
Maybe he was thinking, "What the _ _ _ _ is that Lion doing here?"
Call me next year before hunting season....
this guy was here a couple years ago, we have an incredible bunch of "town" deer.
Uh, uh, uh.....
Holy horns bat man. That second buck is a beast.
Yeah, he has a few offspring around as well. You can definitely tell who their daddy is.
Some serious genetics in your backyard! Usually don't see muleys' with that much mass.
Looks like dinner!
Sooo...just what is the town's policy about hunting within it's limits??? Tempted, are ya??
I think the deer know they are safe.
What a beauty!
(wonder if you could clobber it with a hammer and claim self defense?).
Did he say what he wanted?
Probably wanted to borrow a stick of butter or a cup of milk for the cake he was baking.
I grew up in Boulder, CO. There is a HUGE deer population in town and my house when I was about 20 was right next to an irrigation ditch (called a ditch but more like a small stream) that they loved to follow. I'd wake up some mornings and have to make my way through a dozen or more deer just to get to my car. They'd just stand there looking at me.
