I have a Englander 28-3500 add on wood stove in the basement of or 1800 sqf two story house I as wondering about adding inline duct booster to the 8 inch heat duct on top of stove to help the 850 cfm fan to push more air to second floor. is this possible ?

Definitely not. The plastic blades in the duct fan are not rated for the potential heat coming off the furnace, particularly at the plenum. You will notice that all blowers are on the return air side. This is for a reason, to keep the blower motor cooler.
