Installing Hobbit Stove

Hi,

Looking for some assistance here to install my hobbit stove now that I have it. It is going vertically out through a normal pitched roof. Salamander provided me with 1.5 meters of 4 inch piping and the adaptor to 6 inch.

Can someone point me the in the direction, or give a list of the remaining exhaust material pieces my contractor needs to install the stove?

Need more info. Is this pipe going through a ceiling first or straight through a pitched roof? Is it a metal or composition roof? Pictures will help.
