Any decent sized older (long term) Jotul dealer should have this in their files. Jotul gave out dealer notebooks with these old manuals in them.
But you have to find one accommodating enough to take the time to photocopy it, etc.

If all else fails, contact me by PM or email and I will try some other routes. If you get one, I would love a copy to scan or a PDF to post in our wiki for future reference.
