I’m renting a condo and this is my first experience running a gas stove. It’s a Jotul but don’t know the model. Upon first starting the flame looks mostly blue on low. After a few minutes it looks blue on the bottom 25% and yellow the rest. If I turn it up it still looks mostly yellow. See pics. I thought they should be mostly blue but I don’t know. Is there an adjustment other than flame height to make it mostly blue?

First pic is on low after it has warmed up - looks mostly yellow. 2nd pic is on high
