Kodiak 1700 finally installed

I'm sooooo glad after much research and asking a ton of questions on here that I have decided to pull the trigger on my Kodiak 1700. It's finally here and we did a test run and it's wonderful..... "Winter is Coming"

Yes it was too hot. We suffered through the heat to bask in the glory of the test run my camera lense is messed up, I'll take a better pic of the hearth soon

Here's the old chimney door getting removed, the masonry being 're worked and stove installation

Can't wait for hubby to return from sea. I know he'll like the new insert.
