Wobble in the burn pot. Mine was not seated all the way and I had all kinds of starting issues. I've had my Lopi for 5 years and never encountered this problem. The igniter can't line up properly if burn pot is not solid and seated. I also cleaned all the holes in the burn pot ...... and there are a lot of them. Now I get start flame in ten minutes and blower in twenty minutes for a nice clean start and no shutdown. Sure hope this helps.
