Two weeks ago, I purchased an Lennox Winslow pellet stove and had it installed. (My second pellet stove.) It's nice and delivers good heating, but when the burner/blower dial is turned up, I get an annoying vibration from (what seems to be) the ventilation blower. (The dial has settings from 1-5 and the vibration comes in on levels 4 or 5). I video taped the to show the noise and played it back at the shop where I bought it. (This isn't a subtle noise - it's very noticeable.) The store sent a tech out and replaced the blower. The noise has been reduced, but it's still there.
If this were a used stove, I wouldn't be concerned, but this is a new high-end stove. It doesn't make this noise in their show room and I don't think it should make noise in my home either. Am I wrong? Are me expectations too high? Any advice or experience offered would be appreciated.
