I have an old cook stove. It has enamel paint on it. It's a crappy color. Can I spray a high heat rustoleum paint on top of it or will it flake off? Or will it turn out crappy? Any experience? Thanks a lot!

It's not ideal. Some have the surface sand blasted to remove the porcelain. If you do try it and don't want to sandblast, sand the surface with 200 grit to get some tooth for the paint to hold to. Then wipe down with alcohol or lacquer thinner.
