Or the construction Company that did the plan
take off missed the wall height and the carpenters
that did the work just figured that no one would notice
besides crews that are paid a flat rate per house leave things out

Ceiling is 7.5 high. I have no idea about the builders, I bought this place a little over 10 years ago.
