Had to drop this 25' Blue spruce that was too close to the house perfectly between the house and fence. And of course mis the A/C condensor.

Nice job. For sure you can always rope or cable those to make sure they drop where you want them.
 
Brings back some memories of dropping some pine around our transformer, nice job.

That's pretty ballsy without tying it off somehow or using a come along. (my method).

Looks like from the pictures you have a couple serious leaners over the house.
 
it looks like my Christmas tree.....i thought it was going to be a tall one :)

I did tie it and pulled it down after wedge cutting it. I wanted to cut it down before it got any bigger. It was only 12" thick at the base.Those leaners are paper bark birches.
