So my wife went to put a bag of pellets into the new P61a last night and melted her pjs to the side.Any way of removing the smear without scratching the stove?Thank goodness she didn't get burned. Thanks.

Get it warmed up and use some burlap to absorb and remove or some heavy cotton canvas. Touch up with some stove black.
