Please help me.

Sorry if this has been asked already but I can't seem to find any help anywhere. I bought a brand new dyna-glo propane wall heater with 5 burners. Only 4 out of the 5 burn properly and I am wondering if this is putting excess toxins in the house? And also any advice on how to adjust or fix this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
 
I have no idea if that’s safe, but I would not trust it. Why not return it? You bought it new didn’t you?

Main burner won't light anymore. Before was intermittent and fixed by shaking surround. Thermopile: low volts when switch on, good volts off.
