I saw this heater for sale and owner doesn’t know anything about it and I don’t either. Can anybody give me specifics on them, are they catalytic converted? Are they well built, efficient, etc…

It's an oldie and has been ridden hard at some point. Given it's age, it's not going to be very efficient and if there is no UL label on the back it may not be insurable.
