Quadrafire Castille Insert won't feed pellets

Hi guys, I replaced a bad feed motor in my castile insert last week and it ran fine all week. Yesterday it wouldn't feed pellets. The hose is clean, I tried jumping the vac switch and still nothing. I think I'm throwing in the towel and having the dealer come look. Wish these things would blink a certain number of times for different problems...it has a computer...seems like they could have designed it this was easily ( my generator does it).
