Ravelli RV 100 Classic 01 Blackout Error

Hello.. I'm new to having a pellet stove. The stove lost power to it while it was running and now I cannot get it to clear the 01 Blackout code and start again. I have tried unplugging and powering on and off. Thanks

 

[Pelleting In NJ]

Plug the stove into the AC outlet. Make sure the AC power switch (on the back where the cord plugs in) is set to ON.
Let the stove run thru the start-up screens.
Press and hold the "OK / Power" button for 5 seconds. The stove should start a "Final Cleaning" operation.
Press and hold the "OK / Power" button for 5 seconds. The stove should say something like "Cooling, waiting for restart"
The stove will then start after a few minutes.
