This is a Pic of my top baffle and back plate Jotul 3. They look warped to me. I bought house 2 years ago and stove came with it seemed to burn fine last year just not sure if I should replace these parts.
Does look like it's starting to warp. Is the seal at the back of the baffle still good or can some smoke and fire go straight up past the baffle in the back? If it can, caulk the gap with some stove cement or maybe ceramic wool?
