Stove identification and rebuild

Hello all.

I was recently given this stove in pieces, and am looking to rebuild it to heat our small cottage. I've been looking through the net for any information I can find, but am coming up short on this particular stove. Any help will be greatly appreciated, be it a manual or general advice. Thanks in advance!

Can't imagine they are terribly efficient with the ability for fireplace function though.
