Stoves are starting to go on sale at the big box stores as they clear out inventory to make room for spring and summer. Just got a report of the Summer's Heat 50 SSW01 going for $749 at Lowes. (not yet in our zip code though). Keep checking frequently.

Don't neglect to check different places either. Going from PA to WV saved me about 150.00 on my stove at Home Depot. For me, it was worth the few in the truck to drive what amounted to be about twice as far.
