Does that stupid. &$)$? ad come up on the lower corner every time you come on? Next time just wait for it to come up, look at the lower right hand of that box and click "dismiss notification"

Ad for a forum iphone app? If your browser is set to private browsing, the cookie can't be set that prevents you from seeing the ad on every visit. And for what its worth, the app sucks.

Tapatalk? It's great, many of us use it. How else would I be typing this from the crapper at work? ;)

No guys, it's an ad that wants to know if your a pellet dealer or something. Someone yesterday said it really bothered him. I found a way to make it go away. I don't have tap-a-talk. Just an IPad.

If you have an iPad, you should check out Tapatalk... definitely nicer than viewing the forum in Safari.

Those are not ads - they are notifications, and yes- they go away when you dismiss them with the close box......

I try to use them sparingly - and will turn that one off for now except for newly signed up members,,,

How about getting rid of that "return to top" ^ button that floats in the bottom right corner of the screen?
It gets in the way when android resizes the screen. Doh!

I think a LOT of people might vote agains that!
All the moderators love the feature. I will check it on android...maybe the button can be restyled.

I am also going to make our style more "responsive" this spring - meaning it will adjust better to various screen sizes.

    Uh oh.

Well, maybe the "responsiveness" project will take care of it.
It's mostly an issue when Android pops up the keyboard. The "^" gets pushed up, and sometimes ends up where I'm trying to type. It would be smart of y'all to smoothify the site for Android, as it's now the biggest mobile OS.

By sales? Yep. By use? Nope - not even close......and use matters!
(our recent stats below - others tend to follow similar trends)
Still, we'll have your back. I love Android and have a Nexus 7.

    Nexus 7 is what I'm using. :)
With g00gle refining Android and giving away devices like the N7 at cost, I see more Android users in your future. ;)

I changed it to a min black one - you old folks with bigger screens let me know if you don't like that! I can make the mini show just for mobile.....but the mini does get less in the way even on my computer

I have a 20" desktop screen. Looks good to me: visible, but not intrusive.
