Stan J: Make sure the photo eye filter lens is clean, if it gets sooted up then the photo eye can have trouble seeing the fire and shut down during operation from time to time. It would happen more often on lower heat settings than higher ones typically. Also check that your fire is a nice bright yellow with rapidly dancing tips.
