We made some venison casserole but I realized I don't have an enamel cast Iron casserole dish. Looks like I have something to keep my eyes open for.
 
forget the enamel, just go for the straight cast iron dutch oven

I found mine at one of those cooking equipment stores on the mall. Can't recall which one

I love cast iron pots and pans. Only fry pans I use for day to day cooking are cast.

The dutch oven works great on both the electric and wood stoves
