well coming out of the stove is a black single which goes into double wall

Double wall chimney? Or stovepipe?

If you are using a combination of single and double wall stove pipe for some reason you should follow the more restrictive clearance.

there is a double insulated T/cleanout that goes through the wall to the outside. But on the inside of the house there is a black pipe that comes out of the top of the stove and elbows out which connects to the t/cleanout.

Ok. It sounds like the double wall stuff you're referring to is actually your chimney and is not what that chart is referring to.

You should use the single wall clearance since you have single wall stove pipe.
