Per manual, using stove in the "Auto" mode which is the same as ON/OFF for shoulder season.
Stove turns off when the t-sta does not call for heat in 60 minutes, this is working fine.
However, when t-stat calls for heat in one of the program modes the stove does not turn on and then it seems like 2nd red light on left just flashes.
Yesterday I was home and at 2:30 (as programmed in t-stat) i heard the unit coming on, well i think the combustion fan, but then no pellets were being fed in the burn pot and finally stove did not turn on.
When this happens and light keeps flashing i just hit the on/off button and voila, stove goes in startup cycle normally like if nothing happened.
I have only burned about 10 bags of pellets. Attached is a pic of the control board settings.
Both the door and ash pan are well secured and closed, pipe cannot be plugged or really dirty with only about 10 bags burned since bought unit new early this month..
Also, here's what the manual says about #2 flashing :
Q. My heater stopped and the #2 red light (feed light) is flashing?
A. The flashing red light indicates a vacuum switch alarm. There are several issues that may cause this alarm.
1. The main door is open.
2. The ash drawer is open.
3. The vacuum switch is defective.
4. The combustion fan is not running.
5. The vent system is plugged.
