Hi guys , just finished cleaning up my 1990 Whitfield advantage II for the coming season , now when i test ran it the board lights flash and motors run on slow speed ,put a new board in a year ago (converted from a rotary board to a digital) any ideas

the jumper wire is one of the first things i checked ,also checked all the limit switches and wire connections, I'm thinking it is the control board again . I thank you very much for all the help
