The motor turns the auger and stops. I have removed all the pellets and manually turned the auger back until it jams, I plug it back in and turn it on, it turns the auger until it jams. Do you think I need a new auger? I have vacuumed all fines out and ran the tests offered on this site. Don't know what to do next. Thanks

Try disconnecting the motor from the auger, then put power to it. Does it continue to turn without the auger, or does it stop? Could be a stripped gear in the motor, & that test should help to determine if that’s the case.

How long have you had the stove?
Whereabouts in Ontario are you?
