Hi everyone, I’m new here I’m having trouble with my wood boiler wf200 New Yorker. Should the circulator pump cut in when a thermostat is calling for heat ?

That's not much info to go by, doesn't tell anything about your system - but probably.
If you are zoned by zone valves, might be a bad endswitch in your zone valve. I finally broke down a couple weeks ago & replaced 3 of mine (out of 4). Two of them had been wonked for a couple of years now (maybe longer) but they were on upstairs zones that convected pretty good naturally, and when one of the other two zones would kick in the circ would start anyway. When the third stopped working I bit the bullet.

I’m sorry about the poor description of my furnace . I had this furnace installed 15 years ago. It’s a wf200 with a oil furnace as well, I had to change out my kytec pipes with pex pipes. I noticed one zone had two supply lines hooked up so I fixed that now I still can’t get any heat in this zone. The wood furnace drafter Is closed down and the oil furnace is not cutting in , the Thermostat is still calling for heat , when I turn one control in the Aquastat box on the oil furnace the circulator pump cuts in , I’m so discussed with this furnace I hade a few people look at it but it don’t seem to work right
The WF200 is a boiler. Furnace is usually used to describe a forced hot air system. I changed the title to reduce confusion.

Sometimes there only so much that can be seen & understood over the internet. A heating guy with boiler experience should be able to get it working though.

Yes it has , I give up using it for a few years and put in a wood stove , I’m back at it again trying to figure it out. I think it’s in the electrical or the settings

One can go in circles & not accomplish anything - and maybe also drive yourself a little nuts - if you don't have knowledge about this stuff or what the changes in settings are actually doing. Too bad you haven't found someone who knows theirs stuff - it's not rocket science, but it seems to be a bit of a lost art in some places.
We can't really do much from here without very accurate schematics/diagrams of all the piping, and wiring, and components. A full set of pictures of all the system might help a bit.

I also have a New yorker wf100 wood boiler added to my new yorker oil burner. Mind works perfect except it isnt very wood efficient compared to the the wood gasers. You sane you have 2 supply lines to one zone? Thats would be correct one is the dump zone from the wood boiler going to to the biggest loop in your home. This system is designed that all the heat comes from the oil boiler. When burner wood the second circulator keeps hot water to the oil boiler and therefore the oil don t cut in. there is another link from this same forum. https://www.hearth.com/talk/threads/new-yorker-100-pros-and-cons.63263/ I have uploaded the installation manual and wiring diagram to this boiler!
