Wood ID. Is it worth cutting?

If you need wood and its solid...cut it and burn it...and find the source of those Oak leaves...:)
 
It’s technically on the neighbors property. He doesn’t mind if I get the fallen stuff but I’m sure he would not want me cutting down a standing oak. That could piss off the neighbor.
