So my 8 year old Harmon TL300 has a split in the two rear corners of the top. Contacted Harmon about warranty and they referred me to selling dealer. Three weeks go by no response, go to dealer worse. My next step might be legal since there Is a warranty and no one is responding. Any thoughts to get someone to make a decision.

How long is the warranty for? What did the dealer say?

Not enough info to offer any useful advice. The devil is in the details.

I can all but guarantee they will say it was over fired. And it probably was due to running with the damper open too long when your damper was warped. I have seen these issues plenty of times. Harmans are just maintenance nightmares.
