The stirrer bar is not moving. Haven't used stove for a year but furnace has a cracked heat exchanger and could take few days to replace. Any thoughts? Pressed air button and still no movement.

Check and see if the stirrer is turned off. The Stirrer may be turned Off by pushing the “Air On” button on the bottom of the Control Panel, and then pressing both Down arrows on the “Blower Speed” and “Heat Range” until you see a “0” in the Blower Speed window. The Stirrer may be turned back On by pressing the “Air On” button on the bottom of the Control Panel, and then pressing both Up arrows on the “Blower Speed” and “Heat Range” until you see a “1” in the Blower Speed window.

was this stove plugged in the entire year and not being used? is it on a surge protector? had any power outages or spikes?
