I have installed this stove about 3 weeks ago. I'm getting to much air in my stove it blows the pellets out of the burn pot when. Stove setting is 4-4-1. I tryed it on 4-1-1 it's pretty much same thing. Anyone else have this problem

Try 1-2-1 for the bottom three numbers. That's what I'm running at .

No . It is for the low fuel feed. try 1-2-1 . Heat range 3 blower speed 5 . That what mine is running at now.

It's now on 1-2-1 for about 10 minutes and no difference. Starting to think twice bout getting this pellet stove.

I'm burning about 2 bags of pellets a day and heat output isn't even close to the stove my brother has and he is burning less pellets.

Yes I have tried different pellets it's just to much air coming in the burn pot it seems to me. emailed customer service and he said the same thing. I changed the air to the settings he told me to try and it makes no difference still same. I'll have to wait till Monday and try talking to them again

If you have some steel wool you could possibly prop the burn pot up a little bit to let the air an easier excape reducing the air going through the pot. Just to test it though not a permanent fix.
